Our hotel was in a great and particularly good location, minutes away from a tram station. Reasonably spacious room with wide space, had a very relaxing stay. The service provided there was excellent.

Great complementary drinks and snacks were offered, which was a nice touch. The location of the place was amazing, situated right next to a tram stop and a supermarket, which made it very convenient to get around and buy necessities. The apartment itself was very modern and comfortable, with a lot of amenities and a great view from the balcony.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, which really put a damper on the experience. the shower was not very powerful and kept going from hot to cold, making it difficult to wash properly.

The balcony glass was very fragile and we felt unsafe using it. the bedroom was uncomfortably hot and noisy due to the parking basement below, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
